Jesse Blanco is a former Savannah news anchor and author of “Savannah Food Crawls” and the podcast “Eat It and Like It”. He is one of the Lowcountry’s most recognizable personalities. His laid-back style and ability to connect with viewers and readers remains his calling card following a 24 year career in television news.

In 2010 Jesse and his business partner created a blog and later a television show dedicated to the underappreciated side of food in the south. Four years later the food scene in Savannah exploded and “Eat It and Like It” found itself sitting in the front row to witness it all. Since 2014 he’s been the Savannah area’s only full time food writer. In 2023, his first book “Savannah Food Crawls” was published followed by his second book “Charleston Food Crawls” in early 2024.
