October Monthly Meeting-Wendy Kushel

Date/Time
Date(s) - October 14, 2025
1:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Location
Plantation House

Wendy Kushel is a self-taught entrepreneur with a diverse background that includes stand-up comedy and acting. Her comedic talents led her to appear in skits on ABC World News Now several times.

Wendy’s journey into entrepreneurship was influenced by her extensive knowledge of food and beverages, particularly wine, which sharpened her sense of smell and taste. Despite starting with no prior experience in consumer packaged goods, beauty, or formulation, Wendy founded Wendala’s LowCountry Sugar Scrub, driven by her belief in taking incremental steps forward. What began as a farmers’ market endeavor has grown into a successful brand with notable achievements, including securing partnerships with major retailers like Walmart.

The program begins at 2:00pm, but socializing with friends begins at 1:30pm.
Please remember to bring your nametag.
