Even though Shannon Royster, evening anchor with WJCL TV News in Savannah, is an award-winning journalist, her success did not come easy. Life got in the way and she will share how she overcame struggles and adversity of raising a child on her own after divorce in the crazy world of TV news. And, the women who helped her succeed after hitting rock bottom.
Program begins at 2:00pm, socialize with friends beginning at 1:30pm.
Deep Well Pantry food items, as well as checks or cash donations will be accepted at the Plantation House Porch at the time of our event.
Food items in need include staples and non-perishable food (such as peanut butter, soup, cereal, canned goods, bottled juice, etc.).
